Didn't everyone? Brock is not a runner. He's aware of the rush and is able to pick up a few yards here and there but he's not like Jackson, Fields or Allen. He's not a threat to take off and go 40 yards for a TD. That's fine. I don't want him running a lot.
As others have said, Brock's mobility is sort of like Trey's mobility. Brock's scored some rushing TD's and gotten first downs with his legs. So there's that dimension to his game. Guy's like Jimmy, Flacco, and Tom Brady didn't have to mobility that Brock has.
