That means spending a ton of hours looking through and putting a ton of effort and energy in the later rounds - as much or more - than the effort you put in the earlier rounds. Guys like Ilm Manning, Jalen Graham, or Dee Winters - who I think are diamonds in the rough, and just need an opportunity showcase their talent. Jiayr Brown is another guy that they got in the Later rounds that looks like an all pro in the making. (I know he's a 3rd round pick) Ronnie Bell is another late round gem. I wish he was bigger though.

At the same time, probably best to organize the depth chart by merit, lol. Thankfully the bosses seemed to have learned that one quick.

arm strength looked pretty there

he called them, but Jimmy's deep ball was just ass lol. no doubt that dictated his play calling of these types

Before the Miami game, I did say that if Jimmy went down - we are effed. A rookie 7th round pick?? Please. Lol

then I never really had a chance to be down when Jimmy went down because I was immediately mesmerized by Brock's play. I was so shocked at what he did that I never really thought about anything but "can he keep it up?".

then I became a brocksexual and have been ever since.

It is crazy that we had two season ending injuries at the most important position in a single season that worked to our benefit. It also clouded a lot of the offseason arguing, lol.

Lol the odds of those injuries leading to what they have are unbelievably low. I feel like you're better off getting attacked by a shark in the middle of Africa.

i really like Graham, we will see him play some with burks injury. I always loved the brown selection. Bell looks good too. I really like our last draft, guys still need another year or so to build up their bodies and get experience but I think they'll contribute in a big way these next few sessons

Imagine if he had a decent arm and was tall like Trey.

Lol yeah, I'd agree with this. Ultimately the qb situation worked out because we had our depth chart backwards.

i imagine Brock getting to sit back for most of the season and soak in the process etc was huge for him.

Such a high percentage, such little arm talent :/

Brock would probably be on a bottom feeder team like Trevor Lawrence.

im with Sherm on this. Absolutely ridiculous that defenders get called for it all day and O cries when it happens to them. o gets excited and tries to get a free play but when it happens to them? They want to throw a fit. f**k that

id be embarrassed if Brock cried like this.

Agree with both, but the QB position is so hard to evaluate. Even a genius Offensive Guru like Kyle has made QB mistakes (Patrick Mahomes) and Brock - being drafted dead last. Brock - I totally agree - is the lotto pick. Totally unexpected and extremely rare talent that's generational. You don't get talent like that - even if you had 10 number one draft picks each of the last 5 years in my opinion. I think he's that rare a talent.

love wards attitude. We replaced one badass named ward with another bad ass named ward. Lol

He drafted Brock at the perfect spot. Ideal. Was he undervalued by the league? Obviously. We get to take full advantage of that in part because we used the appropriate pick on him. Everybody wins, except 31 other teams and Brock's short term wallet, lol.

Looked to me closer to 50 air yards. and it didn't look like he was using 100%, more like he was using about 75%-to-85% of his arm strength.
