QB Brock Purdy Thread

To me, Colin missed so many short passes, that it was frustrating to watch. But of course that is by memory only - not sure if he was that bad.
The 1994 team was amazing to watch.
Congrats Brock! You're guaranteed going to the playoffs!

Agree💯%, Colin had no touch, and didn't have the supreme dedication to improve that area of the game. Very similar, I think, to Trey. I think one problem of touch passing is simply anticipation. If you can anticipate the opening before it opens, you can touch and time it, vs having to rocket it in there for a completion. But to have that anticipation, you - almost - have to throw without looking to where they are but to where they are going. That to me, in essence, is a *no-look* pass.

Doesn't matter what happens now. At least we made the playoffs

If he continues this pace it's pretty open and shut.

Continuing this pace is the only variable. Wouldn't worry about it.

Brock might be younger than Mahomes when he won his first super bowl 😎

Not directed at you Tankle but I have zero interest in all the MVP hype.

I want a superbowl win period. MVP is meaningless to me.

Superbowl MVP would be nice of course.

I feel like. I won't be upset if he doesn't get it but I do think he's deserving an I love seeing our guys stack accolades. I'll be really bummed if he gets it and we don't win it all.

id be very happy if all he won was the super bowl mvp (meaning we won it all).
Can't "deserve" the MVP just yet with 4 games left to play.

Only one QB past 25 years has the SB and MVP same season. Mahomes

Young and Steve have bone done it as well. Purdy so far likes breaking or tying their records.
