Purdy is @ the top and clearly....Purdy separated himself even more from a guy like Josh today. He certainly didn't gain any traction with a 90ish yard day given who is number one.

Purdy is a lock unless he bricks next week really. I would be surprised at this point if he didn't win it. I was just commenting on Josh's odds generally.

If they look at efficiency (and they should) it's really not even close. Hes statistically having one of the best seasons ever leading pretty much every category while getting way less opportunities.

If Brock balls out against the ravens, then I think he has a great chance. It'll depend on how he finishes but also Allen is coming on strong here at the end.

I think right now it's:
1) Brock Purdy
2) Josh Allen
3) Lamar

How does a 7-15, 94 yards, 1 TD day qualify as "coming on strong"? Just sayin... (no disrespect intended)

He did have a rushing TD as well. But the coaching staff finally did what I have been harping about. The bills ran the ball for 266 yards. Josh didn't have to be a "game changer". They blew DAL out with him as a game manager. It helps limit his mistakes.

Allen is out of it. To many games that cost his team this season. Not good enough record. Lamar is #2. There are a lot of people who want to give it to Lamar. But really he is not close to Purdy at this point.

Lamar has had his moments, but I don't think his numbers are good enough and overall, he just hasn't been as good as Purdy this season.

Slow mo and every angle to enjoy. Look at the DB on his knee. Unbelievable.

He's essentially maximizing every down, which is nearly unheard of.

his efficiency is by far the most impressive aspect of his stats, IMO. It's nearly impossible to lead the league in all these passing stats with nearly the lowest attempts.

That's the reason he'll win, in conjunction with good team record and seed. He's completely in the driver's seat for the award.

Cool, dude. I know he isn't in the MVP conversation. He clearly hasn't played well this season.

Gotta give deebo credit for getting his knee down and making sure he was in bounds. Great heads up play by him and just overall awareness

Brock would have to have a bad-mediocre game and us lose a game or so.

Right now efficiency, stats, team record, one seed etc are all about as good as it gets.

He's a top four favorite and he has certainly played well this season lol. A couple mistakes on prime time have really colored people's opinions here.

Actually he is 5th and leads the league in TO's.

Oh ok then. Yea keep in mind that his odds likely improved because a certain "someone" had their odds tank (Dak anyone?),...but not necessarily because he gained any ground in the real world.

Purdy didn't convert any "haters" today,...so I can understand Josh swallowing up some of Dak's votes today.

Brock is going to put harm on the ravens D. I think they're good but their stats are inflated because of a limp schedule

Was more talking to the guy above you in the conversation that had Allen as his #2 for MVP

He's 4th or 5th depending on the book. And it's really splitting hairs anyway as he's a top guy in the MVP race as he always his. He will not beat out Brock if Brock even cruises to the finish.

(I think he also leads in total TDs by the way. Dude is great and thinking otherwise is a real blind spot).
