I don't watch enough of JTs other videoes to know if he is like that with everyone but he's seemed to sour on Brock. Lol like he does it just because it's a lot of views but is sorta jealous of him?

Every time he mentions it, he does point out that Purdy makes a good play... but there's a potential for an even BETTER play, if he's able to throw that deep corner route. I think it's been a couple times that Purdy hits a 15-25 yard intermediate route for a first down, which is good. But he's just saying, he can possibly hit a 40 yard TD if he goes for the throw. Acknowledges that it could be Purdy unable to hit that throw or Shanahan coaching him to throw to the intermediate.

I don't have a problem with JT pointing that out in his film reviews. He's a former starting NFL QB. Calls it like he sees it and has logical reasoning for his critique. These are the kinds of things they probably talk about in an NFL film room.

In my opinion, I'm gonna guess he's able to make those throws, but he or Shanahan are "satisfied" with the 15-25 intermediate throw for a first down. He's so effective and efficient there. It's like... "I'll take the 20 yard first down that I know we can hit 90% of the time, rather than the deep corner TD that I know we can hit... say... 75% of the time."

I placed these bets a few months ago with these odds. Warners probably not happening although I don't understand why he's not getting more consideration. I should atleast hit one of these, if not 2.

JTO is complete garbage. The Chase Daniel videos are better. JTO couldn't play worth a darn. I think he's jealous.

He is actually. I thought he was picking on Kyle for the longest time. Until this year when I watched a few of his other QB videos. He seems just as critical of the details and nit picks everyone's system and QB.

Sometimes teams don't want to score too quickly. They need to give the defense some rest so a steady drive is sometimes preferable to a quick strike. This is often the case at the end of the half or late in games when you have the lead.

I don't see it that way with JTO. I think what's happening with JTO -- he sees Brock been slicing and dicing short to mid range, been so good that JTO and most fans would agree, Brock can blow the doors off every defenses, look for and throwing a few more open deep ones. He sees the potential is there every game and wants Brock to be even more aggressive and take some of them.

With most deep balls, even if it looks like it's open, and with Brock good arm strength, you have to account for the arch on the ball for accuracy, but it gives time for defender to closed on it. What may look definitively open may not be by the time the ball gets there, and may be contested. There's a reason why offenses don't usually live on the deep ball option.

I hope he throws like 8 of them on Monday night and completes 6 for three TD's so everyone will shut up about it lol. Last year the narrative was that he avoided throwing to his left. Clearly that wasn't an issue.
