This. A little risky but he wanted it THAT BAD that he was going for it and not even sliding.

This game certainly showed everyone that he's more than just a game manager. He's a gamer. Period.

BCB took that hit to the head like a grown man, walking away bleeding. No complaints. My man

How that didn't get a roughing call I have no clue. Mahomes would have got it for sure and the guy probably ejected lol
I'm not sure why but Brock's completion percentage has dropped a lot in the last 5 games. His highest % was 68% including the playoffs where he's been in the low 60s. The previous 10 games he was over 70% 9 times. I'm not sure what's caused the drop. He was putting passes right on the money so the receivers didn't even need to reach for the ball. Now many of his throws are high or wide. Let's hope this win gets him back on the mark for the SB.

Wondering if defenses are catching up to him and Kyle.

Not a bad thing, its the NFL. Just have to keep adapting.

The 20 yard outs just are not there as much anymore.

Lol it's the playoffs - everyone gets the same check during the playoffs. Everyone on the team got $73k

Well, he was 13-16 in the 2nd half.

I think overall it's a few things. Rain game for one, running game seems to be pretty inconsistent setting up lots of difficult down and distance passes, oline can't seem to give a consistent pocket VS 4 rushers, some nerves with the added pressure, playing some tough defenses.

A proud dad's perspective
Lots of great memories added to the history books for Brock Purdy this playoffs. Now he just needs to finish this great story.
