This. I've never understood how they've focused so heavily on the D line while neglecting the O line. And whether anyone else wants to say it or not, the best LT in the league let us down as much as Kyle.

This is a bad (and uneducated) take. The first read was to Jennings. But it doesn't even matter. He couldn't even get to his first read because McKivitz decided to block air.

well then...what happened to his legs? mahomes basically won it scrambling....brock took a s**t in the biggest moment

this basically decided the game...mahomes clearly wanted it more

If Cousins was the QB, there would have been no Superbowl this year.
Purdy's scrambling ability was the X factor against the Lions.
Kirk is a great pocket passer but he can't move.
You want Kirk Cousins behind that O-Line?

Purdy's ability to avoid sacks hided the O-Line's weakness on pass pro most of the season.
And even in the Superbowl it should have been enough.
You put someone like Cousins or Goff in Purdy's place and good luck.
The reality is that despite his obvious misses in this game, Purdy played better against that Chiefs Defense than Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson.
Did he make the play to win the game? Nope, unfortunetaly.
I would say that without the Specials Team's giant mistake, it was enough to win the game.

right side of the OL went full on simple jack in one of the biggest moments in club history

Brock didn't lose us this game. He played his heart out. What screwed us was the online s**tting the bed and Kyle's knack for calling slow developing plays that give his QB no time to make his reads. OR not having an answer to all out blitzes with hot reads. Kyle didn't do his homework again.

I saw your other response to me. What makes you think BP could just up and run away from Chris Jones bearing down on him like a cocaine bear right off the snap? Mahomes couldn't have done jack in that situation either. Dude, these are not Marvel Avengers. They're regular human beings. But Chris Jones is a f**king monster.

If you watch JTO he takes KS to task for not having hot answers and we see it for years. And you pair that with going against a guy who puts 8 on the LOS and no idea which of them are coming, they all can blitz. Lot of stress on getting protections right and are there legit options to unload quick or is Brock hung out to dry.

Dope has had some doozies recently. Yet another awful take.

Suprised he was able to make It through the entire game without being hurt from how bad the protection was at times.

I'm honestly not sure what Kyle and Lynch we're thinking when they thought Mcs**tty would be good enough to be our starting right tackle.

Don't ever have an RT whose last name starts with Mc.

We may as well have Mayor McCheese out there for that final goalline play all the good McK did
Until we find right QB we will NEVER be able to get over the HUMP

4 years ago, this fanbase blamed the QB when it wasn't his fault.

Now, we have people in the fanbase once again blaming the QB when it wasn't his fault.

Some things never change.
