Also, 49ers have added help the past two seasons by way of midseason trades (CMC, Gregory, Chase Young). They have the cap space and ammo (two 2025 3rd rounders) to do that again this season.

Not to be a downer but Greenlaw and Huff are coming off major injuries. Pearsall is a rookie with apparent chronic shoulder issue who missed most of practices and got shot. These returns might not have the impact we hope for.

We are unclear about CMC's injury but I'm sure its no biggie.

Aiyuk will get better.

I just don't know how anyone could watch Brock Purdy and not say that dude is a special quarterback.

Does he benefit from having an elite offensive play caller? Sure. So do Patrick Mahomes, Matt Stafford, on and on.

Crazy to see a QB in his third year already has been to two NFC Championship games and a Super Bowl, and missed the super bowl his rookie year by just three-ish quarters. Insane to see a 2nd year QB, break the records of *TWO* Hall of Fame QB's that have *Five Super Bowl WINS* between them.

Folks who can't see Brock's greatness - are less than stupid in my opinion.
