Winning a SB shuts all that down. The only thing that will really.

He's been better at not doing too much this year. Much improved.

That sums it all up. The offense is leaps and bounds better than it ever was pre mid 2022. But actually have to watch the games to see it,

It took a while for Tom to get his flowers, he wasn't flashy like Favre, he just played smart, methodical football. Wasn't as "athletic" looking as some others, a sixth round pick, some would tease that he was dink and dunker for a while. Any of this sound familiar? Tom just kept proving people wrong and winning games. Brock will just have to earn it a bit more like he did. But I gave Brock all my flowers, jewelry and perfume some time ago lol. It is good if he plays with a bit of a chip on the shoulder, he will just keep silencing doubters and play damn good football . I wonder if him and Brady have talked and what that conversation was like.

I think most reasonable people have said from day 1, if he was a 1st round pick none of this discord would be happening. Tom Brady wasn't even thought of as the best QB of his generation until around 2007 despite winning 3 Superbowl's.

Unfortunately when you're the QB on one of the best rosters in the league and your coach is considered one of the best play designers in the league it's going to be hard to convince people that those aren't the reasons for your success. Obviously those things help and when you don't hve a rocket arm and aren't big and fast people will fall back on the system or roster angle.

Being on a talented team with a good coach is both a blessing and a curse for Brock but I'm pretty sure he's glad he's not with Cleveland or some other crappy team.

Brock Purdy rookie season 5 games - 5-0 record - 13 TD's to 4 INT's.

Bo Nix rookie season 5 games - 3-2 record - 3 TD's to 4 INT's.

Lemme guess, Bo Nix doesn't have a great head coach, talent on offense and defense?
