Stroud is still a young guy working towards being an elite player. Brock is a young guy who is learning as well.

It's not just Mahomes who can make things work without great talent around him though. Allen and Lamar have done this for years, though they haven't cashed in with a championship.

The top guys are basically unicorns. These aren't readily available players that cycle in on a year to year basis.

i mean we faced a team in the same spot. the starting wideouts for KC is Rice and Brown. they didn't even dress. meanwhile Juju, ppl laughed at my idea of maybe we should add him, ppl said no way he sucks. well KC added him and he had to leave the game yesterday. so it's a rookie, hardman (who kc just cut i think he was in nyj for a while), kareem hunt (they cut him also), and noah gray who is not good. can we even say we have it worse than KC? let alone all the other teams. every team has injuries.

Purdy is a below average qb. He looks good at times bc of all the stars we have. Take them away and he is what he is.

And they have a great defense to lean on. Our defense played decently yesterday but it's not the unit it was two years ago.

Allen and Lamar can do it, but I think Mahomes is on another level. They aren't going to get through 4 playoff defenses with juju as #1 like Mahomes

I think Stroud has looked good not trying to take anything away from him. Just thought another young qb would be a better comparison

every team wants to be at full health. once you start playing every team has to deal with injury. now ppl want to say oh mahomes numbers are down. well sure, he doesn't have his usual guys. that makes the year tougher. but he still finds the way to win. that's why he's mahomes. nfl as the season goes is a test of your depth as a team and your ability to adapt week to week.

Why is Brock so confident throwing into double or triple coverage? Can't do that vs that Swifties defense kid. Least favorite thing about our QB. I see it far too often.

If you pay Brock 50+ million would be the biggest mistake. He doesn't elevate other players. Paying him well gut this already depleted roster. Brock is top 13-20 qb tops. We end up in no man's land of we pay him top dollar
