We have a big head coach and scheme problem. Unwilling to adjust to what teams are doing to us. Too stubborn.
Lots of big egos.

I love the excuses in here but but but

Nobody had a problem with Purdy last week when he had 3 TD's, 0 INT, and a 129.3 passer rating. Now all the sudden hes part of the problem because he had a bad game?

Those that have said he hasnt been closing out games that great this year b4 KC were told to shut up here.

It's not that no one has these kinds of takes here,....it's just that we cant discuss them in depth due to the ongoing celebration.

That's just how QB threads are here.

This. Plus add in Purdys weak arm. It's a recipe for disaster.

Brendel is not a good starting C. He shouldn't be starting at C for this talented team and it's big goals. The same goes for the RT McKivitz.

Against any quality teams with good DL talent, Brendel & McKivitz get exposed regularly to where this offense is handicapped and thus, can't run as effectively with a balanced attack. This really shows up in crunch time - too often we've seen the negative results. It's beyond frustrating.

Brendel is the worst player on this OL easily. McKivitz is sub-par but his bad moments generally seem less frequent. At minimum, we need a new center.

I get the sense that Brendel is the true weak link as well.

The OLine looks like a cluster out on the field at times (majority) when two 49er players whiff on an edge rusher that was truly pitiful. Brock on the run for his life.

Ryan Kelly will be a free agent if the Colts don't resign him. He's been a top five center. We should do everything in our power to get him but I don't know Purdy's next contract will afford us that ability.

I would not be opposed to beefing up guard and trying Puni at center too. He worked out there at the senior bowl.

weak armed QBs always lead the league in air yards per attempt in consecutive years? Makes sense.
