I love the excuses in here but but but

Nobody had a problem with Purdy last week when he had 3 TD's, 0 INT, and a 129.3 passer rating. Now all the sudden hes part of the problem because he had a bad game?

Those that have said he hasnt been closing out games that great this year b4 KC were told to shut up here.

It's not that no one has these kinds of takes here,....it's just that we cant discuss them in depth due to the ongoing celebration.

That's just how QB threads are here.

A lot of blaming the OL. There is always something to blame. But stop denying what Brock is.
fully expect purdy to bounce back on the cowboys

i expect a lot of running the ball and doing that well. which means the pass game is a lot more the way we want it.

Right now I'm 30% league has Brock figured out and 70% league has Shanny figured out.

Either way if it is Brock or not, Shanny needs to adjust.

Defenses switched to man because our WRs can't beat them and Kyle doesn't seem to have plays that help them get open

It's up to Kyle and the WRs to figure that out. Brock isn't the one getting locked up or calling the plays

That Tom Brady take was trash. Purdy has played light years better than Brady could have dreamed to start his own career.

Purdy wishes he could be carried by his defense and special teams and game winning FGs his first three chips

This!

Truth is gunna truth!

Brady was relentless in his criticisms, dude I can't imagine like dating/being close friends with this guy haha. I mean I respect the guy(more so after his retirement haha) but damn. He really likes to say stuff like, "I wouldn't have done this or that". Dude, we know man, you are Tom Brady and there is nothing else to say lol. There is Tom Brady and then there is everyone else lol

He'll bounce back, then again he had games this year when he played good and still lost . Need a complete team win vs Cowboys.
If I recall, Brock (and team) made Tom Brady look absolutely pedestrian in their first meeting. Why doesn't Tom talk about that?

What exactly was 'trash' in regards to Brady's comments? The comparisons to Brady's start and Purdy's is of course completely irrelevant given the different eras, different rules, different surrounding players, coaches, etc.

So again.....what did Brady say that makes you conclude it was 'trash?'

You read the article here on this site and see for yourself. You see I'm a 49er fan and I don't give a good god damn about Brady but just like him. I said what I said. To me his take was trash and Purdy has played exceptionally well for a guy that got zero reps his rookie year then had no offseason his second year and now his first full year with an offseason with worn down vets holding out wanting to be paid as if they won the chip and with Brock playing for pennies

I am not about wreckless criticism of our QB when he's busting his a$$ trying to will our team into wins. 7 games in and folk wanna talk all slick at the mouth but let's see what's up at season's end

It is one thing for the ignorant Cam Newton to have his trash take but for someone as knowledgeable as Brady is supposed to be? Cmon man. If Brady had played like Purdy did when he first hit the scene NE would've not had to rely on that damn kicker to close out games and that defense. In the early days it was Bellicheck known as the genius not Tom. If Tom played like Purdy did there would not have been a debate as to whether Tom or Peyton was the best during the peak of their era.

I thought the ranking of Brock's throws was a little strange. It's pretty rare for announcers to keep calling throws "average" when they're completed. Like every deep ball that Stafford hit or got pi on against us was underthrown, but never once was there an "average throw" comment. The throws were definitely not perfect, but going out of his way to point it out on multiple deep completions was weird imo

There's nothing about Brock's play that has been average since he took over. He's been exceptional generally
