Title that's cut off

"Brock confirms he can't call audibles at the line of scrimmage"

Kyle has covered this in depth before. Go listen the interview he did with Tim Kawakami awhile back. He absolutely allows his his QBs to audible. However, he prefers that his QBs worries about less things and has an answer baked into the plays. Kyle talked about how Matt Ryan and Kirk Cousins would audible early on, but eventually realized that trusting the answer in the play was more productive.

NINE f**kING MEN IN THE BOX! I doubt Brock would stick with that run call play, if he had the option audible out.

You do realize the QB goes to the line with a run play and a pass play, right?

All those Super Bowls that Ryan and Cousins won.

Imagine the audacity and ego that Kyle has to think that every play he calls has an answer for every possible defensive call. Unbelievable.

I've been saying this for a long time but we need a QB who is willing to push back against this aspect of Kyle and tell him to shove it every once in a while. Purdy was actually doing that early on, now it seems Kyle is coaching him into a robot. Where have we seen this before...

Brocks most impressive talent is processing and yet Kyle will not let him do that at the line he has to run the called play regardless. Wow. Which doesnt surprise me Kyle has an EGO that is not to be tested.

Things change though. Right now our pass protection and offense overall is getting worked by smarter DCs. Putting it all on Purdy but you're giving him lesser players out there simply because you don't trust other guys who keep showing up in the actual games when given a chance isn't getting it done.

We're 3-4 and if we can't beat Dallas will be in real deep sh*t with the schedule looking the way it does.

Does Brock need to do a better job in checking things down? Yes. But when things aren't going well you should be able to adapt and make sure defenses can't get a beat on us and use our own protection rules to create confusion and require our guys to be perfect to produce on offense.

Proof that Purdy can't hit a bomb for a touchdown in stride. Just as you guys say.

So you would say that was a good throw, right?
Seriously, how do you all feel about the no audible thing here? It caught me by surprise. I thought he had that freedom.
