I suspect most people here, and fans in general, don't watch the games
The only things Brock has on Jimmy now is durability, mobility, and attempting vertical throws. Jimmy had a much quicker release and was a quicker processor.
imagine opening with that first line and following that up by saying the latter. jesus f**king christ.
Imagine thinking that the guy who ran around for 20 seconds against the Rams after not throwing to a wide open Aiyuk on a busted coverage is a quicker processor than a guy who was pretty much never sacked on a blitz during his entire time here.
Do you guys not know what "quick processing" means or something? It doesn't mean predetermining where you're going to throw the ball and then throwing it when a receiver is halfway up his stem. Have you noticed how many receivers have been running the "wrong route" since Purdy took over? Why did that not happen with Jimmy? Gee, I wonder.
That's one play where Aiyuk was ad libbing and Brock didn't trust him. Aiyuks fault for not being at camp. The receivers have all talked about how they get the ball in situations they never did before. That's because Jimmy sucks and Brock doesn't. Sorry about that
