I'm happy with Brock. People have short memories of what we went through. If you cannot see that he's good, well, whatever.

People put too much emphasis on stupid things when it comes to QB evaluations. Now with social media and general media coverage the fans want a QB who is loved by all and somehow care too much when people claim their guy wouldn't be as good on another team.

I don't give a flying F what people think about Brock being a system QB or claim he wouldn't be as good on team X. Know why I don't care? Cuz he's on the 49ers and hopefully for a long time.

Hypothetical situations don't move me and while it's nice to see fans and media acknowledge the greatness of our players it's not a must have. As long as Brock is playing well most of the time and helps us win games I don't care if he's considered a top 3/5/10 QB, etc...

Only time I care is when people are being down on the guy while ignoring facts and speak a bunch of nonsense.

Fact is Brock doesn't have to be Mahomes, Lamar, Allen, etc. He just has to be a great QB for US.

I still love Brock. I think he's been one of our best players this year, although there is always room for
improvement.

I hope we come out of the bye hungry and healthy, ready to make a point.

You didn't mention the Mahomes stats at all until now. Not once.

Who cares if a touchdown pass was behind the receiver? It resulted in a touchdown. Literally THE best possible result of a pass. If a pass is underthrown but a better pass would have resulted in a better play, then by all means criticize it. But it was the best possible outcome so who cares?

Yes Purdy has underthrown passes this year and he has rightfully been criticized for them.
