My guess is no since he's only played a few games. I think they give out those awards before the post season so that would be a really small sample.

Catch may be right, but others have raised the possibility of ROTY. While he hasn't started much of the season, his starts should carry a lot of weight based on his performance during his team's run for the playoffs, and his ascendancy from Mr. Irrelevant. Viewed in that light, what he is doing is historic. No one should reasonably be outraged by the injustice of it all should he win it.
Have we heard from cciowa on Brock Purdy? Hope he's okay, he hasn't posted for a while

with the small sample size, I think they give it to Sauce.

There is no singular Rookie of the Year award. It's broken up into an award for the best offensive rookie and the best defensive rookie. So Purdy wouldn't be competing against Sauce.

There are Pepsi NFL ROTY Award and Pro Football Writers of America overall ROTY.
I'm loving our guy Dirty Purdy! Let's go!

Two games left. Let's say he has a couple 3+ or 4+ TD games. Then you you've got to give it to Brock. But I mean they do offensive and defensive rookies so.

Love CC, but he usually more present in here when SF is playing poorly.

The confidence of the rookie to throw so aggressively so near his own line shows he is not rattled by the situation. He is as cool as a cucumber in the fruit and veggie draw of the refrigerator

I'm thinking he balls out against the raiders. If he has two more big games, he should get it over a WR that is being fed the ball on a bad team
His accuracy and anticipation is off the chart. Even on most of his offschedule throws. I could see a bit of it in the pre season but I had no idea it's this good. If Rodger, Mahomes, or Allen makes that throw, we wouldn't questioned, and said Wow! Since it's Brock Purdy last pick of the draft rookie. Why did you throw that...lol

That was my favorite throw in the commanders game. Its 3rd down, offense is backed up in their own territory and he throws that ball with great anticipation and puts it between 2 defenders where only his guy can get it.

That is the definition of a true tight window throw!
