Sam is definitely not going to be the guy that proves one coach is better than another. Having said that, I do think Kyle is the lesser of the two coaches.

It's much more Oconnell IMO. He knows how to coach QB's. Since he was one.

Also he went to La Costa Canyon High School. Many College players have come out of there. Even some pros. Including Kenny Stills Jr. A WR who played for several teams in the NFL. I saw him play in High School. He was awesome. LCC High School is generally known for excellent sports programs. Including Football. It's one of the better ones in the area. It's North County San Diego.
