That TD pass Kittle intercepted was 45 yards or so. Looked completely effortless too.

Kyle's system may be considered QB friendly, but only after the QB mastered Kyle's playbook. The old saying it it takes a veteran QB 2 years to mastered it. Matt Ryan struggled in his first season under Kyle and then was the MVP the following season.

I don't even know where Purdy is at right now. Did he managed to mastered Kyle's system as a rookie (which would be incredible), or was he so good that he is able to get it done without mastered it.

I don't think you can master it until you've played in it enough - because of all the option routes and chemistry needed with the players. He's operating it at a high level but he should only get better as he gets more reps. His reaction time, anticipation, reliable plays (2-min drill favorite plays thing), pre snap read. Etc. he does all of it really well so far but he def has room to improve.

the red zone play will most likely improve as well - hopefully as the season goes on. It feels like we are clicking all at the right time, hopefully we pull off the 2012 ravens!

Great point.

I don't think he's come even close to mastering it yet.

So I imagine, like with Jimmy when he first got here, he's had a lot of input into what he feels comfortable with, adding those plays to the game script, given a lot of, if-then coaching, and they're probably practicing the scripted plays as much as possible.

I think this has been Kyle's best stretch of play calling all year too esp. with how he's setting up deep shots off defenders and their hyper-focus on CMC.

Good point. He probably hasn't mastered the system, which is a positive sign for Niners fans. Imagine how good he will be when he mastered Kyle's system.

His red zone play will be a key in the playoff.

This is what stands out to me as well.

Have we heard from cciowa on Brock Purdy? Hope he's okay, he hasn't posted for a while

Love CC, but he usually more present in here when SF is playing poorly.

CC made a thread in the PL about visiting SF for the SEA game in Sept. his last post was a few days before that game. no one has heard from him since. hope he's ok.

Do we need to dig through Police Reports?

We need to put, "We were told..." out in the universe right now.

Thank goodness. But I hear that BCB does enjoy Purple Drank.

who says he has a weak arm ? That's a decent deep ball…

The deep ball isn't the problem with having a weak arm. It's the velocity when driving the ball into tight windows. Nick Mullens once threw the ball 60 yards.
