Well he can't hold a football in the cold for quids. So....

His hand size is exactly the same as Pat Mahomes.

Burrow has even smaller hands.

i could care less about literal hand size. when the conditions start up it affects brock a great deal. i didn't see love or allen struggle to nearly the degree. it just is what it is. i was asking pregame if he was gonna glove up. manning would do that in conditions.
Purdy seems to have been struggling with his grip all year. More so than previous years.

OOOOOPS!
Am I the only one who doesn't think Purdy shouldn't get a huge contract? You got guys like Jordan love who are throwing to nobodies and balling out but it seems like Purdy needs a superstar at every position to be successful.

Come on, guys. He had ONE ball slip out of his hands. ONE. Yes, it was unfortunate but that does not equal a big problem.

IIRC, he did try gloves a few times at Iowa State but did not like the way they limited his feel for the ball.

No you aren't. There have been many people who don't think he should be paid like a top end franchise QB.

At this point, I don't think it's going to happen (and I also don't think they should). That doesn't mean they won't come to an agreement on a contract extension. There's a lot of area to maneuver between moving on and paying him like a top guy.

We saw him ditch it in the GB playoff game last year as well I believe.

he's had more, against AZ and Minn and maybe another game

I was referencing glove usage. He's obviously had more ball slips than the one last night.

i watched the playoff game and it was as if the pass game was essentially offline. that's how bad it was. this was vs GB. Love wasn't having issue. i may want to rewatch, but that was my thought when watching that live.

He struggled overall, but he still made key plays in the pass game and using his legs. We also barely had the ball for an entire half.

That's measuring hand span. What about hand length? Not all men are created equal :)

Cap space has already been set aside to pay him $50+M/yr.

Overthecap.com has the 49ers currently with $51+M in cap room this year and $49M next year, and that is without knowing what the increase will be or what other manipulations may be made to create even more room.
