I love how fans think that he went from being the most accurate QB in football to sailing balls 10 yards over an open receiver's head from 2 yards away just for no reason.

He wasn't the most accurate QB in football at any point ever.

He struggles especially in bad weather. Tonight was more affirmation of that.

Agreed. We'll see.

You guys think he's getting 30 when the cowboys just gave dak 60?

Really? You guys really think that?

I don't think he's getting 60. Don't give a s**t what the Cowboys paid Dak. Don't think the market would view them equally either.

Kyle says Brock's not injured and Brock himself says he's not injured. But you say he is.

can't be as simple as he was the last pick in the draft for a reason, can it?

if he has the best roster in the league, he'll look like an MVP. I'm sure most QB's in the league would too.

the aav doesn't mean a whole lot when it's got an out built into it. if he sucks, we take the out. if he's good, he's worth the coin. the contract is happening and overblown. the big deal is the historic rook contract is going away. that was a one time only event.

It's absurd. Just look at the QB's who are paid $30M. That's Geno Smith money and he signed years ago. Hell we gave Jimmy G $25M per in 2017 and he only started 5 games lol.
40m max. I'd sign Darnold instead TBH.

Yup. Losing his rookie contract will be the biggest hit to the team. Or losing him all together by giving an insult offer.

You guys also are taking the low end of the range that was posted, and what was actually important was the concept not the actual dollar figure.

Uh, yes. Yes he was. Wasn't even close. Threaded needle after needle and consistently hit guys perfectly in the numbers.

He struggled more when it WASN'T raining than when it was in this game. The throwing 10 yards over Screenbo from 2 yards away play happened when it wasn't raining anymore.

Yea, you think he was the best QB in football 'by far'. In other words, you have no idea what you're looking at, lol.
Limited player just like JG was.

Uh, he was literally hands down the best QB in football last season. Never missed an open receiver. Set records for deep accuracy, hit everybody in the numbers every time. Threaded needle after needle. Now he sails balls 10 yards over the head of receivers standing by themselves 2 yards away. He had 2 MRIs on his shoulder.

He has a SERIOUS injury, no matter what they're telling you. He also struggles to get the ball 40 yards now when he puts everything into it. Last year he threw it 55.

He has never had anything close to the best roster in the league. He has been playing with the worst "wide receiver" in football being forced into a prominent role since he took over.

Supporting cast isn't the reason he's saying balls 10 yards over the heads of receivers 2 yards away. Pull your head out of your ass.

Miles better than JG but limited is correct.

Yeah, right. Rex Ryan, Terry Bradshaw, and Howie Long all compared him to Joe Montana last season, but none of us know as much as you, the guy who thinks an offense that starts Deebo Samuel at wide receiver and has Kyle Shanahan, whose system every analyst hates, is a QB friendly offense with a loaded supporting cast.
