Brock really isn't small. He's short, yes, but built solidly at 212 lbs despite only being 6' 0⅝."

He is actually listed at 220 lbs.

I take the listed numbers with a grain of salt. They're usually entered by some Comms intern that grabs the first number they see off Google. His official weight was 212 lbs at the combine.

Anyone remember the Solomon Thomas weight fiasco a couple of years ago? Everyone was losing their mind because somebody in the 49ers' comms department changed Solomon's weight to 250 lbs on the 49ers.com website. Bob Lange had to inform the media that it was a mistake.

Careful Cohn has a burner account here. Or he did once and was banned lol.

I was a Cohn hater (both of them), but the stuff he has put out in the last few months is better...he has turned a corner.

He is absolutely a Brock Cheerleader and has been very rah-rah and supportive of the 49ers Super Bowl chances.

It is like a different dude compared to what I saw years ago when I tuned the guy out. Maybe he has been this way a lot longer I just never listen to the dude.

I'll go with 215. He might've slimmed down for the Combine.

Well yeah, he knows Kinlaw will beat him up now if he talks s**t.
This was some terrible analysis

The Cohn's are awful, IMO too. They're the TMZ of the SF 49ers!

The father put out controversial (and unfounded) articles in the pre-social media era, trying to provoke readers.

The younger Grant started out OK, IMHO. After getting a job at the same media outlet his father works for (ahem...), he actually wrote decent and well balanced articles about the 9ers.

Now, he has turned into a click bait machine (LIKE HIS FATHER BEFORE HIM). I can't stand listening to him because he is obnoxious, presents superficial arguments, and he will criticize your grandmother in order to get a click.

Don't start liking him yet... just because he's a fan of Brock, like us. If Brock becomes a mainstream success and unqualified #1 QB of the 9ers, Grant will find a way to create controversy around him. Why? So Cohn can get more clicks as usual.

The 49ers should make him sign a waiver that in order to be let in the building, he agrees not to sue should he somehow receive an ass whooping.

Cohn's been on his nuts for weeks actually. He said he didn't think the 49ers could win the Super Bowl all year, and then as soon as Brock took over has been saying they could, precisely because of Brock.

Cohn licks his index finger, sticks it up in the air and writes an article based on what the zeitgeist is already thinking.

I have never heard a "real" analysis of football or a football player come out of his mouth or hand. That's not his game. He wants to figure out what 49ers fans are thinking and produce content that'll create controversy and get clicks from said fans.

Noone here should take a thing he says seriously.

That's because the Cohns' (grant and lowell) game is to sense the way the wind is blowing, catch a ride on said wind, and get clicks based on controversial trash that the gen pub can get behind. Supporting Purdy creates a QB controversy with JG and Trey.

And it's a successful game since Grant has more subs than any other 49er content creator, despite outputting the most uninteresting trash.

I love his videos. Lol no sarcasm. Everything he said about Jimmy Garoppolo was true, but I don't want to turn this into a Jimmy Garoppolo thread
