I personally would move on from Purdy. Let him go elsewhere and score on average 10-12 points each game.
And get who?

I like Brock but I'm trying to understand something here....
Fans and media say that when he doesn't play well, it's because he is missing his weapons. BUT we are able to have these weapons because of his rookie contract. So if we sign him to a big contract (and we have BOI predicting that we sign him to a 60mil per year deal), we are not going to be able to keep some of these weapons. Or sign weapons to replace them, new weapons as good as his past weapons. We are not going to be able to get those kinds of players on cheap contracts.
Before this season, I believed that Brock could play with not so good weapons. Like how Brady did in his first Super Bowl year... elevating players around him. That he didn't need elite players everywhere. Just give him some time, and he'll place the ball where it needs to be to keep the chains moving.
But this season's play (and the Super Bowl loss was the start of it) shows me that if we do have that kind of QB in Brock, we will not see that with Kyle Shanahan has HC/Offensive playcaller.

It would help if players like your son Deebo had any type of pride and played with some urgency and professionalism. Would also help if Purdy had WR's who actually fit his skill set and not Jimmy's.

Really wish they would get Jacob Cowing more time, he's got the speed to make plays anywhere on the field. I also wish they would elevate Russell Gage and get him some playing time over Chris Conley.

Saw a post on twitter today that shows Purdy is the #1 QB when facing Zone and the number 34 or something against man (they were obviously counting multiple starters per team). Between the scheme, playcalling, offensive players, and Purdy himself they've got to get that solved or we won't be winning a lombardy anytime soon.
This is a huge red flag. Huge.
Yeah for sure especially in Kyle's scheme known for attacking man to man coverages. Especially with our top receivers being healthy and know. Man-beaters. No excuses for Brock… red flag! Huge
I beg to differ.
If Kyle wants to do that, he needs more guys like Aiyuk who run precise patterns, and fewer guys like Deebo and JJ. When BA went down, there was no one who could attack man. Piersall was supposed to augment that but we know how that turned out. It wasn't Purdy's fault the receivers couldn't separate against man.

60 mil is a great starting point.
-10 for lack of physical gifts
-5 for turnover issues
About 45 per is right in his wheelhouse IMHO, PROBABLY closer to 50 but that's just inflation.
The next top 5 guy will probably be in the 70-80 range with inflation
Purdy is not a top 5 guy
Yeah that's why I said pay him 50.
