It's not even 3 pm and you're already drinking?

So you think Brock is as good as Mahomes/burrow/allen?

I feel like folks need to drink with the stuff people are tossing out there

Pressure rate, hits and number of pressures is not a fake stat…CJ and Darnold are getting both pressured and hit more than he has. Sorry that bothers you

That's bc Purdy escapes pressure among the best in the league. So the hits aren't there, if he wasn't that mobile, he would be getting destroyed and probably lead the league in hits. Try to use some common sense or context. Sorry that bother bothers you

It seems to be a recurring theme, and not just this forum, but society in general.

Look this is my point. I'm not disagreeing that Brock is gonna get paid…probably massively overpaid. It's how the position goes.

my point is SF shouldn't have to be prisoner of that "next man up" contract negotiation tactic. He hasn't played well this yr, that's just a fact. That shouldn't equal top 5 contract ever talk.

yea you can navigate through the cap. Acting like there will be zero repercussions after paying Brock & him not being in that elite class is simply not true…last season could have been his best season ever, if you're betting on him being that and more in the future fine. I'm not 100% in agreement there.

It SF said hey Brock is available via trade, we want a couple 1sts (you know going rate for a good young franchise QB) does anyone think there's teams in the league lining up to give that up, just so they can pay him?? I highly doubt that's the case and folks need to think about that.

Still nothing in this 🤔🧐

we got 3000 pages saying brock is not just better, but way better, than jimmy. ok pay him accordingly. jimmy got 5 years $137m and that was an eternity ago. contracts have doubled up since then. kinda funny we can do 3000 pages saying oh he's the best since garcia or young then contract time and it's lee corso.. not so fast, my friend..

I dunno if it's the same situation or not, but didn't the Ravens slap a franchise tag on Lamar, telling him to go out and see what kinda deal you can get for yourself? Perhaps I don't remember it correctly, but I think that was the starting point to generate the contract that Jackson received.

Yes I would move on from Kyle, if we can get Ben Johnson. Or someone else from Kyle's tree that is proving himself on another team. Yall might like Kyle's offense.. but there is a chance there might be someone out there running his system that might be a better Head Coach than him. Be a better gameday caller than him. Have the team more prepared than him. Protect our players and not run them into the ground. Use our backups to keep our star players fresh for most of the season and more importantly, in the playoffs.

Kyle Shanahan is not the end all be all when it comes to Head Coaches.. there are coaches out there right now doing more with less talent.. there some coaches have lost their starting QB for most of the season, and have similar records to us...

he is not going to be our Head Coach forever. I hope yall understand that.

Da f**k has Ben Johnson done? You ever watch his offense and how it's run? It's f**king no different than Kyle's, same principles.

acting like Kyle stinks all of a sudden coming off having the best offense in football last yr and scoring almost 29pts per game.

what a bad take

He has done more than the guy we are hoping pulls it together and gets the team back on track. That team is a scoring machine.

Insert random jimmy mentioning, that will work

Nothing because it is a solid take. It's true.

oh yeah…why is Mahomes the 2nd most pressured QB in football? He doesn't move around? He actually leads the league in hits.

Lamar Jackson and Daniels both have higher pressure rate than Brock. They aren't escaping pressure?

stop trying to find things to criticize besides the guy who's not playing very well. I don't hate Brock but he's just as much at fault for his down yr.

He hasn't won s**t last I checked…dude you're complaining about Kyle going to SBs and then want a OC who lost to Kyle in the playoffs.
