Pay him "60" (air quotes). Let him reset the market on a typical 49er contract that's front/back loaded and spend moneys that don't count against the cap. We are overcomplicating this.

The paradox of Brock's situation is that the more he asks for the less he will actually get. The less he asks for the more he will get. Brock seems pretty smart and capable of doing what's in his best interest. 😊

I am really floored by the sheer lack of realistic discussion in this thread. He is a very good quarterback and there is no QB that is taking scrubs to the superbowl. Every "great" QB also had a lot of other things that helped him. We have one that can bring us to the promised land. Lets not ignore the market and start looking for another. SMDH

Brock is a hell of a Qb and a guy. Let's just not close the book, on an upgrade on the former.
