That's what happens when the equation bogs down. You don't see teams with mediocre receivers, 2 good lineman (our best lineman this year is a rookie lol), and a qb that's out there doing everything right. It just doesn't happen. The Burrow example is not a good one either, he's throwing to a better receiver tandem than we've had since Jerry was on the field

old enough to remember when everyone b***hed about drafting a WR in the 1st.
where is Allen/Mahomes/herbert/jackson's elite WR1?
if anything it SHOWS how much BA mattered to Brock….ya'll got caught up in your feelings instead of looked at it like a business and what he brought to the table.
I think Brock is a good QB who NEEDS to have a plethora of talent around him. That should be factored when we discuss contracts. It won't be, but it should.

BA mattered because he was the best out of JJ him and Deebo. But JJ is the one with all the qualities you want, he just doesn't have any speed. All those guys have better OL, and guys like Zay flowers and Shakir are no slouch's. They are both on the Aiyuk level

No they aren't lol. Stop it.
BA was elite last yr across the board on a per reception stat. He was an elite blocker. He can play any spot. Shakir is a slot only WR and flowers is most successful out of the slot as well. BA is a true split end WR.
I agree they have quality OLs, acting like SF's OL has been awful is actually not true.
if the only way your QB can be good is to have someone like Justin Jefferson than that's even more evidence that he's not an elite level QB imo.
