Gotta take the good with the bad unfortunately. He's not one of the top qbs but he's in line with all the other guys. Just need him to compromise some money so we can keep the roster up with talent.

And now injured… if it is his elbow again we may want to avoid signing him at all. He could be done.

This seems like a really bad injury to his surgerically repaired elbow. You absolutely do not pay him now, let's see him in his final year of rookie deal after he again has a surgery to fix the elbow and spends all off season in rehab.

Give him a slight raise for a one year.prove.it deal.. He hasn't shown he's a franchise qb.
