let's not bury the lead, they came back cuz they had tom brady.

Literally had one vs GB last yr in the playoffs

Again show me how great other HCs are in this situation….ya'll provide one part of the stat…for obvious reasons.

Show me everyone else's stats…..

you mean when the ATL D gave up 500 yards of offense and they couldn't run the ball because you know Bill is a good HC that knows that was their plan. I know how dare they put the ball in the hands of the MVP to end the game (which it was until a holding penalty happened)

Acting like Dan Quinn doesn't have any say in the play calls is so ignorant.

I mean everyone loves Ben Johnson, I guess he blew the biggest game in DET history after they only scored 7 pts in the second half with like 3 mins left. Wow what a loser

Folks also fail to realize that A LOT of those 4th QR comebacks are more about elite QBs making backyard plays and doing what they need to do to win…vs the HC just all of a sudden calling the best 10 drive series of their life.

The Jimmy G and Brock's of the world aren't that. You need special talent in those types of situations.

Is what he posted wrong?

I've literally never seen him post anything positive about SF. Even last yr when they were the best team in football.

We can find any sort of cherry picked stats to diminish whomever we want. Also I'm not saying Brock is some elite QB, who can't be criticized.

I don't value post/opinions when it's all narrative driven and one way. Everyone has a hard on for negativity on SM. Same goes for the Lombardi's of the world.

Some tweeters are only out to hurt feelings

I guess lol. I mean let's call it what it is. Engagement trolls who know how to f**k with people. Same s**t as Grant. It's a hustle and lacks a f**k ton of nuance. Understanding football is wayyyy harder than finding some stats. David Lombardi is the same way, find some stats and proclaim you're right. We all do it

No lies told

Special talent at QB plays a massive part in 4th QR comebacks.

People like to conveniently leave out the real fact that Dan Quinn, HC and D coordinator of the Altanta Falcons, had a huge hand in blowing that lead. But sure, lets blame Kyle for not stopping the GOAT QB from leading a historical comeback because it fits a tired, disproven and worn-out narrative because you do not like him.

Also, lets see how Ben Johnson does with a lesser talented roster. For all we know, he could flame out and end up being the next Adam Gase.

moxie, check
that was a creative scramble and one of his highlights this season
playing fast and accurate for the most part

then you have this ball down field, we used to say keep the ducks and wobblers to a minimum, that was a wobbler, it was accurate but it held up rick
and we go to pass mode and they start taking it off brock, no zip on his passes including those picks
he was actually picked by 31 downfield, play called back, then i believe the very next play is picked by 31

bumping as last nights game is a better topic than doing the same old rounds on a 10 year old super bowl we didn't even play in
He did some good things but his arm is below average. Multiple times we had guys open and his noodle arm either caused a more difficult catch or allowed defender to make up ground. This isn't something you can improve to the degree you'd need to. Bummer

Shanny is safe for now with me. But another knucklehead decision and I'm done with his ass.

any objective fan doesn't want him to be hurt. He's a good QB.

You don't have to bend it extremely bad. He is a QB, his UCL gets stressed in each throw, it can be caused by repetitive stress over time. It could have been already deteriorating and made worse when the guy fell on his arm.

In most cases a UCL injury is caused by a repetitive motion that causes stress to that area.

Let's hope it is a nerve.

Throwing a football puts less stress on it than a baseball.

dont disagree with the main points.

I will say some throws to kittle in particular had plenty of zip. Others didnt. Its been inconsistent.

The interception called back was appropriate. Clear PI. Kittle has a chance on it if hes not blocked off his route.

True, but it still puts stress on it, especially if he already had it repaired.
