Will Purdy regress also.

He did this year, and the excuse is that he didn't have his fav targets.

But if Purdy regresses again next year; we could be looking at a car wreck

Would love to hear from you how he regressed?

One could argue that this season is his floor. He produced this with everything around him being a mess.

3800 yards 19 TD's to 13 INT's. That with a horrible supporting cast. s**t it's because of Purdy the 9ers were able to win 6 games. Totally agree with you!!!

Well then if the backup starts playing lights out it's a win win for the fan base and the org. I had another question in there also. Would the org. ask him to play without a new contract? I don't think they would both John and Kyle have already said Brock was their QB. I have said nothing about another team wanting him because I don't think that will even be in the conversation or negotiations. They are going to make the early move because they want to.

He's going to be offered a contract....no doubt. There can be some back and forth,...but if he doesnt take it, I'd imagine they'll expect him to be there Day 1 of camp.

Don't really see any legit alternative scenarios.

For Love I'm gonna just blame this game on injuries.

Rough weekend for random lmao. Brock about to get paid

Take it easy on him bro.
Purdy is loving this weekend. Just back up the Brinks truck and let's get it over with
I heard 49'ers are going to make Brock play out the final year of his contract.

Brock is gonna lead by example and show the world how you don't need drama and still get the contract that's fair.

Tough weekend for all the Love/Herbert strong arm lovers. They just helped Brock's agent lol

I'm trying to picture Brock's agent @ the table highlighting how much Love or Herbert sucked in a playoff game.

Talk about bargaining chips.

I heard you are making things up to attempt to get a rise out other posters.
It makes the most sense. Why pay Brock when you know he isn't going anywhere?

All of the Packers fans right now on their board are agonizing over the contract they gave to Love and how it has now screwed their team over.

49'ers will not make the same mistake. Book it!

...and because he was their former 1st rd pick. Consider it a "continued investment" in that regard. Same with Trevor Lawrence.
