We could give Love a pass because Love "may have" been battling an elbow injury.

Just pointing that out.

I doubt Purdy could have stood up against that Texan defense. Constant pressure and ball hawking DBs. Brock could have easily thrown 4 INTs in that situation.

With any luck he takes a deal that allocates money to sign F/A Lineman rather than demanding to maximize his take home and close up any potential shopping to strengthen the group protecting him.

What does a HOF RB have to do with a QB being successful? No RB has ever made a QB successful.

Hypotheticals are hypothetical.

I mean....we just spent a few pages on an "all time great" who would qualify but we don't have to get back into that.

And just so you know, I am on record for saying that I stop watching the 49'ers on Sundays when they start losing like they did this year. I stopped watching after Brock scored 6 points at home against a bad defense Rams team in a snooze fest. I bet he wasn't even injured against Green Bay b/c he knew he would suck in the cold weather. He made up for it with his atrocious play against Buffalo in the snow the following week. So if they give Brock a big contract and they start losing I will stop watching. So they better get creative and find a way to have elite players on both defense and offense around him because he is nothing more than an average backup.

You are awfully loud and opinionated for being a fairweather fan. Thanks for admitting you are as such, so most of us posters stop giving you attention and replying to your nonsense.

Elway was already on his way to the HOF before Terrell Davis (who himself is a product of the OZS).
Thank you. At least I am honest. I will continue to be on these boards as long as the 49'ers keep winning. But you won't see me if they start losing. I'm not going to lie about it. 😊

Definition of a fair weather fan; but I can respect the honesty

Isn't that what most of this forum is? Hypotheticals and opinions mixed in with a few selected facts. I couldhave said he would have thrown 4 TDs and that would have been hypothetical as well. I just think in those conditions that 4 INTs wouldnt have been surprising given the way Brock was throwing this year and the pressure he was under at the end of the season.

How did Will Levis drop 32 on them and get sacked 8 times. Is Will Levis a god?
