We've discussed Brock's pros and cons many times. He has all ther intangible stuff that isn't measured at the combine. He just doesn't have all the physical stuff. That's what keeps him out of the top tier for most people.
The fact that faithful6 thinks Jimmy is better than Brock means Brock can never be top tier? Are you serious?
