If you listen to what Spags said after the game, it's clear who he didn't respect. He had a lot of praise for Brock

There's no way you're making these claims buddy.

Chiefs crowded the line with a much weaker defensive roster and Jimmy responded with the worst QB rating in SB 4th quarter history and couldn't get us any first downs, let alone points.

Chiefs way more talented defensive roster crowded the line and Brock responded by getting us a lead every time in the 4th quarter and OT.

And you have the balls to sit here and compare the two as equals? Want to bring up the fact that CMC fumbled on a drive we were marching down the field on? The fact that Trent Williams killed a whole drive by himself cuz of penalties? Deebo couldn't get any separation. OL was cheeks soon as Feliciano got hurt.

Never in that game did Brock look panicked despite being in his 2nd season. I can guarantee you the Chiefs not fearing our deep ball this last SB had nothing to do with Brock but the confidence in their DBs and their DL being able to get to Brock in time with the pass pro we had in place.

You're posting that chart and have no idea what it means. Shocking...

No question, Brock Purdy was better than Jimmy G. The throws Purdy makes and off schedule throws that he makes are unbelievable sometimes. I've never seen Jimmy G go off schedule and make a ridiculous pass like the one Purdy had to scramble for in the Seattle game and Aiyuk dropped it in the endzone. How about the one in the NFCC vs the Lions were Purdy was under heavy pressure and broke loose to find Juice for a 1st down sideline catch.

i'll always call em how i see em. we won 6 games. we finished last place. he was throwing the softest ball in the league. i see no need to have the pom poms out and crown the guy after that season. i would hope a down year factors into our deal and we get a favorable one.

false false. i have posts. after jg got hurt 2 of 3 seasons, we had to move on. can't have a team with QB1 out 2 of 3 seasons. i just didn't like lance as a prospect. i was more into fields.

frankly i would have kept pick 12 and our other ones, and see who fell to that spot

First of all, I slammed JG because he is a below average QB with plenty of tape to prove that. I absolutely did NOT "praise" Lance. I said I wanted to see him play because a) we invested a lot in him and b) Jimmy wasnt the answer so why not go with the guy who we dont know what we have in?

I dont care if his arm is elite. He had no problem being the best deep ball thrower in the league last season. Statistics dont lie.

Now you are blaming him because CMC couldnt get going in the Superbowl?

no need to get so emotional. i am full of truth. i recall our lance debates, you said trey was great vs Chicago and trent williams was to blame. i called a spade a spade. he sucked. now you didn't want to hear that but that's the reality. brock doesn't suck, but he's not top 5 or elite either. he had a pretty poor season if you ask me.
