Nothing wrong there. Jones is a plus athlete

Steve Young is 100% correct

I put him back on ignore. Cant stand reading his posts knowing his history of arguing the exact opposite. Its infuriating and laughable at the same time.

The score looks to be -7 for the Giants, lol

Hating on his own qb. Trolling his fellow fanbase. Bad look

That's why I give him the benefit of the doubt and just blame his posts on not knowing the game well enough

Steve Young, who was the beneficiary of the no-salary cap era in the NFL (where the Niners out-spent every other team in the league), knocking Purdy for "needing extra support" is quite ironic.
Steve Young just reported to the public that if Brock is ever going to want to reach the Super Bowl again, he is going to need EXTRA support around him.

Young is saying what I have been saying on here, just in a nicer way. 😊

I mean so does Lamar, Herbert, Goff, Love, Hurts, Burrow and Prescott -- but that doesn't stop them from either 1) getting paid or 2) being talked about as a top QB

Steve Young made just under 9.5M/8 years in total from the Bucs and 49ers pre-Salary Cap (85-92). He was non-exclusive franchise tagged the first year of the Salary Cap in 1993 and signed a 25M/5 year extension instead of signing the tender. He held the record for largest %cap hit by a Super Bowl winning QB (13.1%) until Mahomes broke it in 2023 (17.16%). 13.1% of the 2024 unadjusted salary cap is just under 33.5M.

What a shock that you didnt post everything that he said.
Im not saying Steve is wrong but didn't Steve himself need a stacked team to get over the top? Failed over and over to beat Dallas, we had to bring in deion and Rickey Jackson.

So yeah I agree Brock needs great talent around him, so does everyone but mahomes
