I guess what you're trying to teach us is that football is a team sport?
No s**t Sherlock. Maybe next time you come in to a conversation with your need to teach people a lesson you can start by reading the context you're responding to.
When someone claims you should look at what Mahomes is doing regardless of other parts of his team…bringing up how his defense is a critical part of his success is a logical part of the conversation.
As always you bring nothing to these conversations but an arrogance and need to correct people for no logical or actual reason.
Try and see if you can tone down the personal stuff. I know from your previous love affair with Jimmy how emotional you can be about your QB. But what about sticking to the topics instead of the extra stuff? It gets old to me, and I'd rather just discuss the topics, not how good or bad of a poster someone is.
Now that that's out the way...are you walking back a stupid comment? Here is what you originally said, not this new quote above:

I'll explain the sarcasm regarding Montana and Brady if it's over your head: Patrick Mahomes is not the first QB to have a defense that tries to get the ball back. Others have as well,...but it doesn't mean they're good or safe with the ball in their hands.
Saying that the defenses are a big part of the credit he gets is just a stupid thing to say. Horribly stupid suggestion,...lol. He still somehow got his 2nd ring with a total defense that was 21st in the NFL.
"Yea but....KC's defense has made critical plays." So what?? Any QB with SB rings has had his defense make critical plays,...so this isin't a one-off.
Our total defense was better yardage-wise than his this year, but you'd never know it by comparing the team records, and the main reason why would be the QBs. Yea, the QBs can help defenses out, too. It's a team game,...lol.
Not only is he a playmaker,...but he's only thrown an INT in 1 of his last 11 games,...none in the playoffs.
It's clear that the plays he makes over and over again are why he's considered to be as great as he is. No one considers Joe Flacco to be anything close to great due to the Ravens defense he had, do they?
But those "my team's QB" emotions run high, so I don't expect any logical retorts.
