ya I'm probably saying this a bit early and I think its still possible to get a deal done "on-time". but I just don't like the way its looking.

THIS IS the situation I fear their headed for. and that I hope I'm wrong about.

unless they have some plan to trade the farm for mahomes that would somehow workout well over time then we have no other better option out there than Brock that we could acquire. no other attainable QB better positions us to win it all right now than BCB does. and we should pray to God they aren't considering trading up high in the draft again for a QB because we all know what happens when they do that

I'm also glad you brought up the Eagles. Yes, they paid Hurts but they also have a regime that is fantastic at drafting. Probably the best in the league. Ours on the other hand is one of the worst.

If you're going to pay your QB 50 mil you had better be a great team at drafting and bringing in cheap talent because otherwise you're left with a 50 mil QB who can't elevate their team like every QB I listed previously.

As for drafting WR's and having success. Well that's to be determined.
