yeah.. that stuck out to me also because the previous QB would take a sack there

  1. Feel a little sorry for you.

Don't make this personal.

Today was a good day. I don't know what you're so upset about lol

What gives you that impression? Not used to someone showing empathy towards you?
dirty Glock Purdy, the 9ers gunslinger... pew, pew, pew

Yep and he does those every game. His recognition and decision making (even on plays that don't work) is extraordinary.

Who gives a f**k who saved what?! We are all on the same team and whoever led to victories - deserves credit. That simple.

Not about not giving credit, it's saying the guy who is rolling right now couldn't have done it 2 months earlier and the 9ers wouldn't be in the playoffs. It's insulting Brock just to prop Jimmy up.

I think we saw Brocks floor 1st half. The good news is that it wasn't horrible and he made adjustments. I think he is going to see the ugly early escapes on tape and be better next week at hanging in or stepping up. The missed throws were pretty bad and I think there was at least 2 interceptable passes in the 1st half... but its also his 6th start and still building chemistry with his targets. do absolutely believe Brock is the future and although we just saw the floor, we have yet to see a much higher ceiling.

His first half misses were similar to his misses in the KC game. They were bad. Luckily no INTs.

I think u may be right that that was his floor. Perhaps it was nerves/lack of confidence in the first half. Hopefully he can clean it up because he could've easily had a couple picks and we haven't seen him deal with that level of adversity yet.

BCB did not need this to start being productive from his first snap as a rookie:
2 OTAs
2TC
1TC with all the starters snaps
1 preseason with all the starter snaps
0 games as a starter/playing

stepped in from his first snap and started being productive
wins a playoff game
undefeated
sets rookie records
no excuses needed for mistakes

we are blessed as 9er fans for the next 10 years

Maybe he does. Or maybe he's this same guy and it wouldn't matter. Point is saying Jimmy saved the 9ers season and we wouldn't be in the playoffs is a tough sell based on what we've seen from Brock.

We don't know if Purdy would have been ready. We do know that Jimmy stepped in and played great ball and got us back on track. It's okay to say that Jimmy saved the season AND say that Purdy is taking us to a level that Jimmy never did. Yes I know Jimmy got us to a Super Bowl but Purdy's play is "carrying" the team and making up for poor play and mistakes (even his own). Jimmy just didn't have that extra layer to his game.

Yah that's what dampers it. Not the Lunch Trey nicknames.
