Now we are calling a deep ball that was COMPLETED for a large gain down the field a "bad" pass. Watch the NFL guys. It happens every week for every single team. Including Rodgers, Brady, Mahomes, Allen.

We don't count "almost interceptions."

Dirty Purdy with the wheels! Finally have found an accurate qb from the pocket and has the ability to be mobile. It's a beautiful thing!!!

Yes! Not a surprise though, he has elite short distance burst for a QB.

Assuming he accelerates to that speed in 1.55s (his 10-yard split), 19.21 mph corresponds to 4.75s 40-yard time. FWIW.

That was an impressive game speed for a QB. I don't think it make sense to convert that to 40 yard time. It doesn't work that way.

My point is that it is faster that his combine time (4.84). With the ball in the hand,

I love this kid. He flashes greatness with throws like the one Aiyuk dropped. I truly believe we just found the next great qb. The amount he has learned and seen through his starts is invaluable and he is going to be competing for league mvp next year. We are going to break the patriots win streak record 😈😈

We do talk about them, though.

It was a great play down the field. I will take it any day and I'm glad he completed the throw. I don't complain about great plays.

Not sure if intended, but that pass dropped low really helped not giving Diggs a chance at the ball. I like to think so from Brock to protect his receiver.

Just now seeing this angle but yes. If that DB just plays the ball it's an easy INT. And around the goal line he certainly should have because it's all or nothing.

I take this back. That pass should be more to the outside. Either Jennings gets it or out of bound. Brock giving the inside DB a chance keeping it inside.
Wrap your minds around it. They are better with their 3rd string QB lol.

Kid is good!

i agree with sd49. give it a rest. theres like 50 perfect throws on any given weekend in the nfl. you can quibble about the other 7000 ad nauseum. but why?

If it was by one of those QB's, they would call it a great play.
I liked Pete's comparison, he is a lot like Fran Tarkenton. Undersized and mobile.

Yeah it's getting a little ridiculous at this point.

nothing wrong discussing a close play that could have gone the other way. just note we got away with one

Lol at the people complaining about the almost Ints from a rookie QB that should not be in this position. If almost INTs are his rookie mistakes, I'll take them over real INTs mist rookies throw when they are just trying to learn the NFL speed.

aleast he is confident in letting it go, we have had too many QBs here in the past that wouldn't let ot go and take a sack or check down.
