The latest conspiracy rumor is that Purdy really wanted to be drafted by the 49ers and made out his arm wasn't that strong so he wouldn't be picked until the 7th round knowing SF didn't have any high picks.

It just adds to the magic. He was the magical last pick of the draft but he's rewriting his own narrative right now. Real analysts are seeing that regardless of all that he's playing good football

In Purdy's 1st 6 career starts he has a higher YPA than Tua, a higher passer rating than Tua (both lead the NFL) and in a 17 game season would have nearly as many passing TD's as Mahomes but with 210 less pass attempts. Mahomes has 41 TD's on the season at a rate of 6.3%. Above 6.0% TD rate is elite. Brock is up over 9.0%. This s**t is unreal. And seems almost too good to be true. Purdy & Shanahan are a match made in heaven.
Nailed it.

Had a cowboy fan arguing that Dak has been better than Brock in the same time frame 😂 . Said Dak has more TDs or some s**t…I had to give him the business…brock is leading the NFL in TD% right now.
Dallas fans are delusional.

It was cool hearing Shanny use the words I used before the season started. I stated something along the lines of when Trey reaches his potential this offense will be unstoppable because it will truly be a pick your poison situation for defenses. It has truly become a pick your poison for defenses and Shanny has recognized this as well and said as much earlier this week.
The only chance a defense has is if they contain Purdy in the pocket and collapse it around him. They have to be able to do that plus be able to cover all 5 of our top weapons on every single play. Eagles have the only defense that I think could come close to doing that because they have the front 7 as well as the coverage corners to do it. But I imagine Kyle will have something special drawn up for their over aggressiveness like he did for Carolina back in 2019.

Yeah I couldn't believe there were people worried about playing the Bucs in the Playoffs. They thought that suddenly Brady was going to turn into his 30 year old self while in the playoffs and just become dominate. Instead he showed just how old he is.

Byron Leftwich is fired as OC and some are trying to put his struggles on someone else' shoulders. The Bucs had an historically bad rushing attack and almost no creativity in the passing game

Analysts said all season the Bucs need to use play-action more often, but he refused to pic.twitter.com/qhiB7u1zE8
On Week 3 of the season, #Packers LB De'Vondre Campbell admitted that he knew the #Bucs play-calls and play design.

The offense was outdated for 3 seasons. Without the injuries, the players were able to outexecute the poor scheme the last two years, this year, it was too much. pic.twitter.com/Z4UwXjs4TM
