QB Brock Purdy Thread

Brock may have saved John Lynch's ass. Imagine if Trey were sucking it up, the 49ers weren't in the playoffs, and we gave up 3 firsts for him. Lynch's first round flubs are stacking up, but the 49ers have been so great in the later rounds.

49ers are playing the hated Cowboys to advance to the NFC Championship and some of you are STILL talking about Trey Lance

Brock Purdy is QB # 1 now. Zero chance Trey gets the job back unless Purdy gets hurt next season.

Carthon might have claim partial credit for drafting Brock and got the Titans GM job partly because of that.

We paid up the ass for Trey, but paid nothing for Brock. So, it evens out - so, stop all the goddamn whining.

Probably based on the fact that the core of this team when healthy has made two deep runs through the postseason without CMC. Or the fact that we were 3-5 last year and lost a heartbreaker in the title game to just miss out on the Super Bowl. The team is a proven commodity without CMC. Prior to trading for CMC we still had a top 5 roster in the NFL conservatively.

You just don't know what you're looking at. Evidenced by your claim that we were headed for a Denver Broncos like season prior to the trade for CMC. Just really dumb.

Been a lot of talk about how practicing against our defense has made Brock better, but I'm hoping that practicing against Brock will make our defense better, especially when it comes to mobile QBs.
