It is ridiculously optimistic to say you know a guy who hasn't prove anything in the NFL to be at least as good as someone who is in the MVP conversation this season.

At least as good as Hurts? Trey barely played in college and played what 2 games in the pro's?

Now the argument seems to be that the tean should find a way to get rid of him because it would be 'unfair' for him to have to compete with Purdy. So the bottom line seems to be that people wanted Lance to have the job as long as he didn't need to compete for it or earn it. Got it.
