Terrible takes.

No, but I watched the same games as you did and see it in a different way. Again, we won. We advanced. The D was playing lights out as they always do.

Yea it's this "THING" where someone else is a bigger fan than you are if you simply call things as you see them after games.

You have to be extremely positive and refrain from actually discussing what you saw at least until the season is over.

So just a "THING" that pervades here that I really hope we can collectively kill. Would be great to see alot less versus contests over fanhood, and more contests here with X's and O's debates.

LOL. No one mentioned anything about who is a bigger fan than anyone.
Calling Purdy average in the playoffs is a take I disagree with. Why do you easy to kill the ability foe people to disagree with opinions?

People need to be able to take criticism of their takes.

Well random is NOT as big of a fan of Purdy as the rest of us, he's said as such. Not to mention, he was in this thread yesterday DURING THE GAME just waiting for the Niners to lose and Purdy to play poorly so he could say I told you so.
glad i don't go on the zone on game days that often.. On those few times, it even gets me a little riled up on some peoples posts

put Allen on this team and they win multiple SB's. He wouldn't have to be super man either.

Going to be a bigger test every week going forward and no bigger than this coming week. Finally came back down to earth, lets see how he responds next week with a technically better team. Show us what your made of Purdy.
Purdy almost certainly needs to put up more than 19 points or we are losing to Philly.

He outplayed Dak but that is not hard to do and what we saw is not good enough to beat Philly. So glad our D showed up because theirs certainly did. Thank God they had Dak as qb... doubtful Hurts is making those errors.

Philly our biggest test and toughest game. Super Bowl will be easier if we are fortunate enough to win.

Brock didn't make mistakes which is great - but need his playmaking to show up to win vs Philly. Question is can he do all that amazing playmaking and scoring points that he did against inferior defenses vs the elite defenses. Last night he could not - let's hope he can vs Philly cuz we need it or we are going home.

Come on Brock just two more games.

he wasn't bad vs dallas though. he got pressured damn near every play and still hung in there, 0 turnovers
I love this kid. Not sure why any fan isn't on board. There is no risk at all. No money, no chance to demand money. In the horrible words of russel wilson, "lets ride"!

I didn't say he was bad vs Dallas though, just said he came back down to earth where we've been so accustomed to him throwing for multiple touchdowns and making dazzling plays. We will see how he responds next week in a tough environment on the road against an even better opponent. It will definitely give us a clearer view if he really is the one.

I don't understand why people can't see that each game is different and the "needs" change relative to the flow and pace of each game. The Niners and Cowboys could play again and the score could be 34-31 or something. No need to force anything if it's not there and not needed, especially if it risks a turnover which could change the momentum of the game.

If we NEED to throw against the Eagles and score more, we will.

His mobility vs Jimmy's lack of it, is a big difference when you are in the playoffs. Every team in the Playoffs have an elite pass rushing defense, escaping that Eagle rush, even just to throw the ball away is going to be very important.

Just watching the week 6 - Cowboys vs Eagles, and the Dallas comeback (they were down 17+ points) was powered by the Dallas Run game with Pollard and Ezekiel. Seems the eagles have problems with short yardage runs. Otherwise, that Eagle defense is elite pretty much everywhere else. You can't really be behind on downs (i.e. 3rd and 6+) against the Eagles they won't give the QB much time to pass. What the run game did for Dallas in that game was free up the middle due to play action passes and boot passes.

Refs are going to be a factor, as always, on away games. Refs got Dallas on some ticky/tacky calls.
He had very little time to do anything. What do some of you expect him to do? Look at what happened to Brady.

And his time will shrink even more this week. But an apparent liability for PHI is coverage LBs.

CMC outlet passes!!

So true!!

shanny would have him throwing 22 to 27 times a game for 230+ yards and everyone in the media / forum would be debating whether it's Allen or Shanny scheme and all our runs and wide open receivers
Another day closer
