Hmmmm. What about where defender drops the ball? Can that be a TWP and a PBU?

Could the receiver have made a better play on the ball?

Yes. A dropped INT is recorded as a PBU.

It's a TWP as well I assume...yes?

If it is a contested catch and caught by the receiver should that be counted as a TWP as well?

And of course a dropped INT is counted as a TWP. But not if it is tipped at the line or bobbled by the receiver first.

How many angry fans last week when kyle called QB power for Brock? I was told that play was only for Lance because he can't run the offense

Wasn't it a QB draw?

Regardless, didn't work for either qb. Lol

OMG! Stop the press. We saw 1 QB designed run with Brock Purdy? How does that even compare to the 12 designed QB runs we saw in Trey's 5 quarters of play this season?

Was it only 12? It's been a while but I swear it was closer to 20.

16 total runs. 12 designed and 4 scrambles.

It was a QB draw that any NFL QB is expected to run, nothing even similar to QB Power

Big Cock Brock ran for 1,000 yds as a HS senior, so he has that potential to be a sneaky runner for us
Just do your thing Brock!! We 100% support you!! The rest of the team needs to step up big time to beat the Eagles. I think they will!

You know on the "interceptable pass" Purdy threw to Aiyuk against Dallas when he rolled on his left, it could have been a DPI honestly. The Defender jumped on Aiyuk. I know it´s PO football but it wasn´t clean IMHO.

But people are saying it was tipped at the line; if that's the case then no it couldn't have been DPI

It wasn´t at the line for me. Aiyuk had no chance catching that ball.

I´m talking about the pass to Aiyuk when Purdy rolled to his left on a bootleg action. Purdy had to rush his throw because of Parsons. And I think that there was a DPI on Aiyuk.

Does Dallas run a defensive concept that Purdy hasn't seen until the divisional round? My impression is that he doesn't continue to make the same mistakes over again which is why he has had sustained success over 7 games. Just wondering if its actually something to be concerned about or if we can expect him to be more decisive if Philly runs those same coverages?

Was just establishing that these 2 stats aren't either/or stats,...to help clear up in my head what I was originally reading.

Personally i think Kyle should take advantage of Purdy's tendency to scramble left with the drill to enhance his offense with Purdy. In a sense, that bobbled pass to Kittle was the kind of scramble drill I'm talking about. Kittle wasn't even supposed to run a route, but he saw his QB in trouble and found a zone for Purdy to throw to him.

Those Purdy tendencies to bug out and drift left, I think, is a good opportunity for the WRs to adjust their routes via a scramble drill, and possibly break a big one against the defense like Kittles bobbled catch did in the Dallas game.

Well, if Eagles think Brock has a tendency to scramble left, this would be a good week to work on having him scramble right. Screw Eagles up a bit. But big plus would be that when Brock is being chased around in the backfield, if he is moving Right, he can just uncork one while running. In the situations where he was scrambling Left, it is really hard ,sometimes impossible to stop, turn around and let one fly. Brock threw one into the Left sideline but it was awkward. Had he been running Right, it would have been an easy throw.

We'll see if Kyle works on having Brock scramble right on Sunday. I hope so. A couple times he got where he had to corkscrew himself around to chuck the ball. Running right, that just doesn't happen. My guess is he scrambles Left when the play is designed to go that way, nothing more complicated than that.
