NC's breakdown
As to "grades?"
7 So, all in all, I'll mirror what Peters said; it's a depth draft with a couple difference makers that can really help this club. But that's unlikely to be this year with large snaps. But all of the roles they earn to play this year will be important, nonetheless. And their roles are clear. These picks are calculated to fit specific roles. I don't anticipate any of these UDFA's making a contribution this year but keep your eye on West and Poe. If Alex Mack does retire, both could realistically compete with Brunskill/Brendel next year, once they have the offense and pass protecting sets down. I only say they could compete next year because of the complexity of the offense and because Kyle typically leans towards veterans there. In addition, keep your eye on LB Jeremiah Gemmel as the 4th pure LB and S Leon O'Neal as the 5th S. Both have real shots here. Both would be immediate ST contributors.
I like your analysis. I'll just add that if the ground game will be as powerful as I think it will be, Gray might really shine in this offense with Trey's arm. As for all the OLinemen, I fully expect injuries to the OLine (specifically to Trent and Mack because of their age) and I think West, Poe, or Burford might have a big impact in the offense the way Elijah Mitchell did to the RB corps towards the latter half of the season and similar to the way Thomas, Hufanga, and Lenoir did. I think Brock Purdy is a better backup for Trey than Sudfeld from an athletic standpoint, and I think Brock makes the practice squad this year and beats out Sudfeld next year for QB #2. It's interesting that ShanaLynch didn't invest any draft capital in the linebacker position - and really concentrated on the edge position and the defensive back position. I think Kyle anticipates getting a lead on a lot of teams this season and running them to the ground in the 4th QTR. That, and him probably trying to anticipate injuries and building depth in those injury prone areas.
