Is it cheating if I say Trey Lance?

Nah, I really think as long as Kinlaw stays healthy, he'll break out something big. He seemed to be putting it all together before his injuries. I hope he can come back this season with a vengeance. We need him.
I totally agree. A fully healthy Kinlaw is going to wreck shop. Bosa Kinlaw AA Jackson is a hell of a starting unit.

Aiyuk, Kinlaw and Thomas would IMO be the biggest for the team if they were to break out. Lance also, obviously, plays the most important position

I certainly hope Banks and Moore take a leap forward
I think last season was a real growth season for Aiyuk ans he's going to be on fire at the beginning of the season.

I'm hoping Kinlaw has read some of the bad press about him and he comes in like a storm.

I think Bosa will outdo himself and lead the league in sacks

I do think Aiyuk could very well have a better year receiving than Deebo in 2022. Im expecting big things for sure.

I agree it's going to be a bummer to lose either Greenlaw or Al-Shaair after this season. Positive is we should ultimately get a 3rd or 4th round comp pick for it.

If Kinlaw stays healthy I really hope he can live up to where we drafted him. DJ Jones leaving was a big loss that hopefully Kinlaw can fill in for

I like all of your picks, I'd also go with Aiyuk, I kept pounding the table so to speak telling people he's not a bust on here, glad he's had 2 good years, now let's see a 1000 yard season, would be awesome if we had 3 1000 yard receivers(Deebo, Aiyuk, & Kittle).

It's gonna be tough to keep both Dre & Azeez, they'll have to choose 1 of them, if they choose either of them, we'll see what Dre & Azeez will want, if both have good breakout seasons, then we won't be able to keep both, & I don't see them paying either anything close to Warner's $19.045M a yr.

I'm high on Kinlaw, losing DJ sucks, but I like Kinlaw filling in, along with Hassan Ridgeway, and in 2023 I like their 6th rd pick Kalia Davis, have him spend the season rehabbing, come in a be a beast like DJ.

Same here, I have them as the LG & RG for 2022, respectively.
How about the coaching staff/FO? We've turned over like 11 coaches and FO staff thus far including Kyle's own right-hand man. If we can remain even stable to last year that would be huge! And some positions have a massive spot light on them (DB, OL, ST, game planning and in-game adjusting, etc.).
Banks
Kinlaw
Aiyuk
Thomas
Sermon
Ambry Thomas - Defense
Brandon Aiyuk - Offense
Maybe this can't be counted as breakout because he's a rookie - but WR Danny Gray just eats up yards like crazy instantly after the catch. Him on drag routes, crosses, etc. I think even as a third read on a drag he's gonna surprise with how productive he is.
E. Moseley. C'mon bruh.. I've been in your corner since rocky top.. this is the year
Jimmy Garoppolo

I hope Trey reads that negatively too and comes out on fire
