Brendel stinks. He is the worst lineman on the team. Can't they try Ziekelj or Nugent??

Yes, I love our GM and coach, but they are not perfect, and this is probably the most frustrating flaw they have.

I believe our starting center was injured in camp, hopefully he can come back sooner than later

Same and if healthy I would argue Feliciano is in the middle range of centers leaguewide if not a tad better. Based on what we've seen from Brendel so far that would be a massive improvement leaving only McK as an obvious weakness which imo be schemed around far more easily than a terrible center.

I don't know if Zakelj is any better, but my assumption is that they only keep Brendel out there because he's the better run blocker.
