He's a plus plus run blocker but average or worse as a pass blocker. I'd hope the 49ers aim higher than "Brendel but way better run blocking wise!"

Drew Dalman is still not ranked 38 outta 32 Centers that's for sure. I'd take him over Brendel any day and even last year.

I gotta say no I would not, I doubt the 9ers would do it either. I also doubt that ATL will let Dalman leave via free agency. But with that said, people are forgetting the 9ers signed Matt Henessey, if he's healthy he will be the starter. IMO

yeah, that seems to be the issue with he and myers, but dalman is elite in RB. Agreed though for that price tag the C should be elite at both. I think Kelly would be an excellent pickup, if he's healthy. Corbett is an interesting option, but limited starting C experience

Ryan Kelly could be sitting out there in the off-season. The downside is it's another Alex Mack situation where it's a short term band aid. He'll be 32 when next season begins.

On the flip side, Frazier shows that upgrading one position can revitalize an entire unit. Turning things around for next season isn't some impossible task. It'll take effort and a little luck, but it's clearly achievable.
