Yeah this is when stats get really dumb. I'll take just about any other center on that list over Brendel.

Same. I was hoping to see Puni on there, but I guess he's not winning enough lol..

Drew Dalman makes a ton of sense. His skill set fits what we do. Stanford guy. Also like Ryan Kelly as a good vet.
why not Myers, same scheme i believe

if Myers is good in pass protection, I say bring him in however Dalman does not make a lot of sense given his average pass protection. If we want to progress as an offense and protect our quarterback, we gotta start focusing more on pass pro.

You're right, but for what we typically do, it screams Dalman. Sadly, we'll have to draft and develop a guy that can handle both. I honestly want a mauler in both the pass and run game. But that guy isn't hitting free agency nor is there one we can take in the draft that could contract day 1. If we get someone that can dominate at left guard and upgrade at right tackle if possible that would serve the same purpose short term. Also, for as bad as Brendel is, average pass protection is a huge upgrade. Especially if we are above average at LG, Puni continues to ascend, and Trent holds steady that would do wonders for our pass pro.

Myers doubled the snaps of Dalman... was Dal injured?

Supposedly Myers has been the starter (i heard from someone here) the last 3 years which means he has playoff experience.

Myers is the bigger guy.. i say go with Myers if available

The only down side with Myers is that from what I've read here and there is that hes been trending down the past 3 years.

Right out of the Grant Cohn playbook.
