I heard NFL is going away from DirecTV for the NFL Sunday Ticket and it will be on some streaming platform. I wonder if they will build their own (knowing the NFL this is probably the case) or pick Amazon or something

Yea this seems like a beefed up version of what the NFL app already does. It sounds better, but you still need the Sunday Ticket to watch all live games out-of-market. I'm so ready to be done with the Sunday Ticket. So much money for a sh*t app

The NFL + write up says tablets and phones for local regular season and playoff games, but for preseason you can use any streaming device in any game . I am going to buy it for preseason only, because there is no other way for me to reliably watch preseason otherwise. I am most definitely not going to see a 49er preseason game broadcast here in North Idaho unless I stream it.
