Trey could potentially be going against the #1 D in practice right now. Certainly top 10. The D will get theirs. I'd be concerned if he wasn't throwing picks and making mistakes. That means he's not taking shots and playing it safe out there.

I'm ok with the off day. I'm just wondering about the drops. 2+ a day. It's a head scratcher why our receivers drop so many when trey is back there

My guess is not every drop is created equal. I'm sure there are some ugly drops but likely even more tough catch "drops". Yea they may have gotten their hands on it but....

Then there is the fact some of these guys are catching from 2-3 different QBs

I'm not worried, let's wait till week 1 before we make rash assessments of Trey, or anyone else.

Accuracy is my biggest concern with Trey right now not the interceptions. As that has always been my biggest concern with him. These low completion % numbers in practice concern me, considering no one is allowed to touch him. I get there is always context such as timing, Oline play, drops, and so on. But the more of these poor practice days that happen, the more concerned I am becoming.

Anyone who watched more than just his highlights should have been concerned with his accuracy.

Then again, even during this training camp all we see is the good 2-3 passes where you'd think he's lightning it up on to see him go 6-13, 11-20 etc...

Going to be interesting this season to see how the defense holds up scoring faster but not sustaining drives (was just 8-24 in 3rd down% last year in his 2 starts).

This right here is the downside of explosives...the clock and the other QB getting the ball. Good thing we have a great defense but no doubt 3rd downs and RZ were their issues (and TO's) last year. Let's how they do now though.

throw picks, let it rip, make mistakes, don't think just throw, a lot. this is what camp is for. throwing a pick in camp is far better then being cautious and not use the opportunity to learn. I think Trey will be fine, I predict a an adventurous first 5 games, but he's a fast leaner, he'll be rolling after the bye.

This🥱 you're seeing the same defense every day, players who know everything about you and nothing is really being schemed up. Oh plus this defense is going to be top 5

If we could only fuse Trey and Jimmy together.

trey with jimmys mechanics would be fire
I am just ready for Football games. It's been such a long off-season. Even the pre-season games that begin on Thursday that don't even involve the Niners I am going to be excited for. It's hard for me to get excited about the practices because we don't get to see any of it. Only hear about it through the media that was there. Though today was probally one day we were happy not to witness lol.

By the way anybody who has or getting the NFL network, They are showing the Niners/Packers on Friday.

This isn't anywhere close to #1 D with Bosa off the field.
