Atleast 2 of treys bombs to Gray were thrown in under 3 seconds. Which is quite a bit of time for a bomb. Lombardi had the actual time to throw I don't want to butcher it by guessing but they were thrown in like 2.6-2.7 seconds

He was throwing the underneath stuff at the beginning of training camp and completing over 80%. Maybe Shanny is using practice, Practice!? We talking about practice?!?! to work on the outside throws that will open up the entire playbook and make teams keep a safety out of the box. We know Kittle and Deebo can take over the middle of the field. Putting outside throws on tape makes DC's look at the past 3 years and go "F*ck we cant play single high and crash the middle anymore. We actually have to scheme a defense to defend the run and deep ball at the same time"

Yup. Shanny is putting the deep ball on tape on purpose. DC's are going to be looking at the tape going, "ah, f**k. What do we do now?" Because Kyle's offense what tough to slow down before the big arm and speed on the outside. Now they have to defend the ENTIRE FIELD.

Agree 💯%, and those layups to Sermon, Elijah, and Wilson will be there because of that.

This is CHESS!! It ain't Checkers.

The added ability to score from anywhere on the field should help the defense too. They won't be under as much pressure to get the ball back with great field position. That doesn't mean they can play soft but constantly knowing you have to get the ball back with a short field is a lot of pressure. Hopefully they can expect a TD at the end of the half instead of a FG.

I saw a funny picture on 49ers Reddit of Arik and his family receiving his award for community service. If you look close enough it might explain why DJ is in Denver, ha ;).

New 49ers team reporter is so cute. Definitely growing on me.
