Sure it doesn't look good on the stat sheet, but he had 4 or 5 plays where he got blown up in the backfield for a loss right after he got the ball. He looked real solid for the most part on the other plays.

I never thought that TDP was Sermon level bad. I just thought Mason showed more lateral quickness and vision. I still believe that's true. Just like how Mostert was RB3 but when he got his chance he showed to be our best runner.

Marlon Mack is now active so he's probably going to take carries away from Mason. Only reason he doesn't is lack of familiarity with this offense.
